Icefall Tours: Experts in Glacier Adventures and Scenic Hiking Experiences

When I arrived in Iceland in 2005, I was immediately fascinated by the glacier tongues I could see from my window in the Skaftafell region.
It wasn’t long before I started training to work in the mountains, and more generally in adventure tourism.
As part of the local population, I learned Icelandic, and by becoming a tour leader and guide, I was able to rub shoulders with specialists in all the subjects that fascinated me at the time: geology, glaciology, volcanoes…
Today, after more than 15 years’ experience in guiding all kinds of adventures, I’ve returned to my first Icelandic love: the Vatnajökull glacier and the Skaftafell region.
I’d like to introduce you to these places and activities that I love, on foot, mountaineering  or on the water.
Let’s build together your program in South-East Iceland, either through my excursions or in tailor-made adventures and at the level that suits you best.
The idea is to share my experience, and give you a local vision; so we’ll talk about glaciers and landscapes, but also about the region’s history.
A very family-oriented program is also possible, on a half-day or full-day basis.

It’s possible to increase the level of adventure to suit your needs.
